NorthPoint's AMC HQ
District 7 residents are still seeking commitments from NorthPoint Development to ensure environmental justice around the AMC HQ project.
The community is asking for NorthPoint Development to provide:
“Funding for programming to support the installation of HVAC filters and HVAC system replacements and upgrades to improve indoor air quality and filter out pollutants in homes of residents who live in “High Exposure Zones around the project.”
“To support the most at-risk residents, design the program to include window upgrades and replacements for all homes with window air infiltration leaks.”
So far, both Councilwoman Mary Waters and the District 7 Community Advisory Council have committed to uplifting resident demands at AMC. But they need your help to make these demands heard at City Hall.
